Support Services & Project Management

Since February 2008 AV Niche has supported the UK Department Work and Pensions for the National Specialist Interview Recording Equipment contract. This contract required the manufacture and delivery of circa 350 PACE interview recorders inside 8 weeks.

Additional on going requirements under contract include continuous support of operational assets together with the provision and supply of various consumable items.

Monthly Management Information and performance figures are provided as standard within the contract which has since included the option of a contract extension.

AV Niche are able to provide full support services with various on site maintenance and Project Management requirements relating to any audio and video requirement within the Public and Private Sector.
